What breaks an oath sworn not to marry?

If one swears not to marry, the oath is broken by the mere proposal (Ijab) followed by a valid acceptance (Qabul). There is no known difference of opinion on this, as this combination achieves the legally designated meaning (Musamma Al-Shar'i) covered by the oath.
