If a person states, 'By the covenant,' 'By the pact,' 'By the might,' 'By the majesty,' or 'By the trusts,' the statement becomes an oath requiring expiation if the speaker specifically intends it as an oath. If the intent is not present, it is not considered an oath.

Since two narrations exist regarding the use of 'Al-Amanah' (the trust), two corresponding legal positions can be derived by analogy for all other similar terms mentioned.
