Stating 'A'zim' or 'Azzamtu' does not constitute an oath, whether the speaker intended it as such or not. This is because this wording lacks established customary usage in the divine law (Shar') or common practice, is not a recognized locus for an oath, and offers no inherent indication of an oath.
