Is swearing by 'al-Amanah' (trust/honesty) disliked?

Swearing by 'al-Amanah' is disliked. Evidence for this prohibition is found in the statement of the Prophet, peace be upon him: "Whoever swears by al-Amanah, he is not one of us." This narration is recorded by Abu Dawud. Furthermore, it is reported that Umar strongly forbade swearing by 'al-Amanah'.
