Is swearing an oath that one permits alcohol, adultery, abandoning prayer, fasting, or Zakat, if done, grounds for nullification (Hanith)?

Primary text
If a person swears that if they commit acts such as permitting alcohol or adultery, or abandoning obligatory acts like prayer, fasting, or Zakat, they are considered to have broken their oath (Hanith), this is equivalent to swearing dissociation from Islam. This is because permitting what is forbidden in these core obligations leads to disbelief (Kufr).
