Are actions unrelated to commerce, such as manumission or marriage contracts for slaves, permitted for a partner?

Primary text
A partner is prohibited from entering into a contract of manumission for a slave (kitaba), emancipating a slave using partnership funds or otherwise, or marrying off a slave. This is because the partnership is contracted for trade, and these actions do not constitute trade, especially the marriage of a slave, which is deemed pure harm.
