Primary text

A partner is permitted to receive the sold goods and the price, collect debts, litigate claims regarding debt, assign debts (ihtiyal), demand payment, return defective goods concerning transactions they managed or transactions managed by their partner. They may rent using partnership capital or rent out assets, as usufructs are treated like physical assets, akin to buying and selling. Claims for rent are valid for and against both partners, as contractual rights do not exclusively belong to the contracting party.
