Primary text
If the capital perishes entirely, the Mudarabah contract is nullified because its entire capital has been lost. If the owner subsequently provides a thousand (currency unit) to the working partner, this thousand becomes the new capital, and it is not joined to the first Mudarabah because the first one was annulled by the loss of its capital.
