The statement of the manager is accepted concerning claims of the capital being destroyed or suffering a loss. Similarly, the manager's statement is accepted regarding allegations of betrayal or negligence, and whether an item was purchased for themselves or for the Mudarabah venture. This is because the dispute centers on intention (niyyah), and the manager is the sole knower of their own intention, akin to the husband's intention in ambiguous divorce pronouncements.
