Primary text
If an agent receives a partnership fund from one person and later receives another fund from a different person, and uses them to acquire assets (e.g., slaves), the profit generated from each specific capital belongs solely to the owner of that respective capital. If the agent engages in personal trade with his own wealth, the profit from that venture belongs only to him.
