What are the recourse options if one partner in a partnership of labor ceases working?

Whether the cessation of work is due to illness or another reason, if one partner requests the other to either work alongside him or appoint a substitute worker on his behalf, the other partner must comply. If the remaining partner refuses this request, the acting partner has the right to dissolve the partnership (faskh).
