What is the ruling if one partner wishes to return part of the jointly purchased item while retaining the rest?

If the partner who executed the contract desires to return a portion of the sold item and keep the remainder, the ruling follows the same consideration as when one partner wishes to return their share while the other wishes to keep theirs, as previously detailed.
