What is the ruling regarding dismissal when partnership assets are commodities (Ard)?

Abu Al-Khattab held that dismissal occurs absolutely, irrespective of the asset type. This aligns with the view of the Shafi'i school, based on the principle that a partnership is a revocable contract, thus resembling agency (Wakala).
