What is the ruling regarding the right to *Qisas* or reconciliation if the enslaved person killed had generated profit before the incident?

If profit existed in the capital asset at the time of the killing, the right to *Qisas* or reconciliation belongs to both the capital provider and the laborer (Mudarib), as they are partners in that asset. The continuation or dissolution of the Mudarabah follows the previously established ruling.
