Who bears the cost of pollinating a mortgaged palm tree (Rahn)?

If the mortgaged property is a palm tree requiring pollination (ta'beer), the responsibility lies with the mortgagor (Rahin). The mortgagee (Murtahin) is prohibited from preventing this act because it constitutes a benefit without harm.
