What is the distribution of the Mudabbir's value if the debt does not consume the entire value upon sale?

If the debt does not exhaust the value of the Mudabbir upon sale, the slave is sold only to the extent of the debt. Following the settlement of the debt, one-third of the remaining value is used for manumission according to the Tadbir, and the remainder passes to the heirs.
