Is an individual entitled to reimbursement if they spend on an animal intending to claim it from the owner with the owner's prior permission?

Primary text
If the spender intends to claim the expense from the owner and did so with the owner's explicit permission, the spender is entitled to reimbursement. This is because the spender acted as an agent (*nab* عن) on the owner's behalf in providing sustenance with authorization, making the expense legally incumbent upon the owner, similar to a delegated agency (*wakalah*) for that purpose.
