Primary text

If the pawnee commits an act of transgression regarding the collateral, liability (guarantee) is incurred due to his act of aggression (adwan), not because he was originally a usurper or borrower for use. In the primary case, the cause for the initial guarantee has ceased without a new cause necessitating liability arising, hence liability does not establish itself.
