Can the mortgagor move mortgaged livestock for better grazing?

If the mortgagor wishes to travel with the livestock to graze it elsewhere, and there is sufficient grazing available where it is currently held, the mortgagee has the right to prevent this removal. This prevention is based on the fact that traveling removes the livestock from the mortgagee's sight and custody.
