Upon whom does the oath fall if the mortgagor acknowledges establishing the status of 'Umm Walad' for his bondswoman?

The oath is upon the mortgagor because the benefit (the right to sexual access and ownership of her service) reverts to him. This differs from the previous cases where his acknowledgment was detrimental to his interest in the mortgage.
