Is the pledge (Rahn) established when the contracting parties agree on the trustee's receipt?

The pledge is established between the two contracting parties if they both agree that the designated trustee received the collateral. The denial of receipt by one party after such agreement is inconsequential because the right belongs to both. This is analogous to a dispute over whether the pledgee took possession.
