Does a pledge (Rahn) on land or a house include its inherent parts, such as trees, without explicit mention?

Primary text
If land or a house is pledged, whatever follows in a sale (Bay') follows in the pledge. If the land pledged has trees, and the pledgor states, 'I have pledged this land with its rights,' or uses language indicating the trees are included, the trees enter the pledge. If such language is absent, there are two opinions regarding the inclusion of the trees, contingent upon whether they would be included in a sale.
