How is possession established for immovable pledged items like real estate or fruit on a tree?

Primary text
If the pledge is immovable property, such as real estate or fruit still on the tree, possession is established by clearing the way for the pledgee without any barrier, such as opening the door to the house or handing over its key. If the pledgor leaves the property clear for the pledgee, even if it contains the pledgor's own belongings, the delivery is valid because its connection to the pledgor's ownership does not prevent the validity of delivery, similar to fruit still on the tree.
