What recourse does the perpetrator of damage have if the pledgee recovers his debt from the compensation money?

If the pledgee recovers his right from the compensation (*arsh*), the perpetrator of the damage has no right to claim anything from the pledgor because the perpetrator implicitly admitted the pledgor's right to that compensation by his original admission.
