What is the ruling regarding the pawn (rahn) of an undivided share (musha') of something immovable?

When an undivided share of something immovable is pawned, the pawnee (mortgagee) is left alone with it, regardless of whether the co-owner is present or absent. The ruling is conclusive in this matter.
