Whose statement is accepted if one party asserts the trustee received the collateral and the other denies it?

If one of the parties claims the trustee took possession of the collateral, and the other denies it, the statement of the denier is accepted. This follows the same principle as when the parties dispute the actual receipt by the pledgee.
