Whose testimony is accepted in a dispute between the pawnee and the heirs of the pledgor?

If the pawnee and the heirs of the pledgor disagree, the testimony of the pawnee is accepted upon their oath. If the pawnee refuses to swear the oath, judgment shall be rendered against them based on their refusal (Nukul).
