There is no known disagreement among the Four Imams regarding the necessity for the follower to recite Al-Fatiha and another Surah in the portion he makes up.
Supporting text
Ibn Abd al-Barr states that all scholars holding the two preceding views agree that the follower must make up what was missed with Al-Hamd (Al-Fatiha) and a Surah, according to what the Imam recited. However, Ishaq, al-Muzani, and Dawud stated that he only recites Al-Hamd (Al-Fatiha) alone.
