When must a Bedouin leave his encampment (Hulla) to be permitted to shorten the prayer?

A Bedouin must depart from his encampment (Hulla) to shorten the prayer. If he resides in several encampments, each one is treated according to its own status, similar to villages. If his dwelling is solitary, he must leave his house and resting place, placing them behind him, just like a town dweller.
