What is the effect of apostasy (Riddah) occurring during the call to prayer?

There is a differing opinion suggested by analogy with ritual purity rulings, stating that apostasy occurring after the completion of the Adhan should also invalidate it. However, the sounder opinion holds that if apostasy occurs after the Adhan is completed and its ruling has concluded, it does not invalidate it, as it resembles other acts of worship that are not invalidated by subsequent events, unlike ritual purity which is nullified by its invalidators.
