Abu Khattab stated that when men, boys, ambiguous hermaphrodites, and women assemble, the order of placement is: men first, then boys, then the ambiguous hermaphrodites, and finally the women.

Supporting text

Abu Malik Al-Ash'ari narrated from his father that he described the Prophet's prayer (peace be upon him) as: the Iqamah was made, the men formed a row, the boys lined up behind them, and then he led them in prayer. He then stated, 'This is the manner of his prayer.' Al-Ala stated that he believes the narration said, 'The prayer of my Ummah.'
