If the Imam intentionally omits the prostration of forgetfulness before the Salam, and the Imam does not consider the prostration obligatory, what is the ruling regarding the follower?

If the Imam omits the prostration before the conclusion of the prayer intentionally, and the Imam holds the opinion that the prostration is not obligatory, the situation is treated the same as if he omitted it due to forgetfulness.
