When should the Imam or the person praying alone say 'Rabbana wa lakal hamd' (Our Lord, and to You is all praise)?

The statement 'Rabbana wa lakal hamd' is prescribed for the Imam and the person praying alone immediately after rising from the bowing position (Ruku'). During the act of rising, they recite 'Sami' Allahu liman hamidah' (Allah hears those who praise Him).
