Is it disliked to pray with an unbeliever (Kafir) positioned between the worshipper and the point of prostration?

It is disliked for a Muslim to perform the prayer with an unbeliever positioned between him and his place of prostration. Ahmad considered this disliked, and this view was also narrated from Ishaq. The basis for this dislike is the inherent impurity (najasah) attributed to polytheists (Mushrikun).
