Is it obligatory for a naked person to cover their private parts with pure materials if available?
Chapter on the Description of Prayer

Book of Prayer
Primary text
It is obligatory for a naked person to cover their private parts if they find pure skin, leaves that can be tied together, or grass that can be fastened to provide covering. This obligation stems from the ability to cover the private parts with something pure that does not cause harm, similar to finding a garment. The Prophet, peace be upon him, covered the legs of Mus'ab ibn Umayr with *idhkhar* (a type of grass) when he could not find a proper covering.
