Is it permissible to pull another worshipper to form a new row if no gap exists?

Primary text
It is correct to permit pulling another worshipper to form a row because the necessity of the situation calls for it, making it permissible, similar to prostrating on one's back or foot during crowding. This action is not considered an unwarranted disposition of the person; rather, it is alerting him to leave and pray alongside the newcomer. If the person refuses to leave and pray with him, the newcomer should not insist but pray alone.
