Is it permissible to repeat the same Surah in both Rak'ahs of a prayer?

There is no harm in reciting one Surah in the first Rak'ah and repeating the same Surah in the second Rak'ah. This is supported by the narration reported by Abu Dawud, via his chain, from a man from Juhaynah that he heard the Prophet (peace be upon him) reciting Surah Az-Zalzalah in both Rak'ahs of the Fajr prayer.
