Is it permissible to speak during the Iqamah (second call to prayer)?

It is not appropriate to speak during the Iqamah because it is recommended to recite it quickly (Hadr) and without separation between the call and the commencement of prayer.
Supporting text
Imam Ahmad stated that speaking during the Adhan is permissible, but speaking during the Iqamah is not.
