Is it recommended to excessively emphasize (over-Shaddah) letters beyond the requirement of one silent letter?

Exaggerating the emphasis beyond the scope of one silent letter is disliked (Makruh). Since the emphasis always substitutes for one silent letter, increasing it beyond that substitutes for more than what it was established to replace.
