It is not valid for a healthy person to follow someone suffering from continuous urinary discharge, nor for someone without such an affliction to follow someone with it. This is because the person with the continuous discharge prays while the impurity is exiting without a proper purification for that specific continuous event, unlike the case of the one performing Tayammum.
