Is it valid for a pure person to follow someone leading the prayer who has physical impurity on their body and performed Tayammum for it?

If the impurity is on the body of the Imam, and he performed Tayammum concerning that impurity, it is permissible for a pure follower to follow him according to Al-Qadi, because this situation is analogous to the one performing Tayammum for ritual impurity.

According to the derivation from the saying of Abu Al-Khuttab, it is not permissible to follow such an Imam because he is required to repeat the prayer.
