Must the listener prostrate if the listener is in prayer and the reciter is outside of prayer?

If the listener is in prayer and the reciter is outside of prayer, the ruling is the same as when the reciter is in prayer and the listener is outside of prayer (i.e., the listener prostrates with the reciter).
