Is loud recitation (Jahar) prescribed for the follower (Ma'mum) in congregational prayer?

Loud recitation (Jahar) is legislated only for the Imam. It is not legislated for the follower (Ma'mum). The evidence is that the follower is commanded to remain silent and listen to the Imam, to the extent that they are prohibited from reciting during the Imam's recitation for this purpose.
