How must one indicate prostration if they cannot bend their back sufficiently?

If one cannot bend their back, they must bend their neck. If the back is so hunched as if one is collapsing, when intending to bow, they increase the bend slightly, and in prostration, they bring their face towards the earth as much as possible.
