Which person should be prioritized in calling the Adhan when two individuals contend for it?

When two individuals contend for calling the Adhan, priority is given to the one possessing the preferred characteristics for the call. The one with the loudest voice is favored, based on the Prophet's instruction to Abdullah ibn Zayd to instruct Bilal, stating, ' Bilal has a more melodious/louder voice than you.' Similarly, Abu Mahzura was favored for his voice. Furthermore, priority is given to the one most knowledgeable and diligent regarding the correct time for prayer, and the one whom the neighbors approve of, as they are most aware of whose voice reaches them and who is more modest regarding looking at women.
