If there is a man present with the Imam and the ambiguous hermaphrodite, the man stands to the Imam's right, and the khuntha stands to the Imam's left or to the right of the man. They are not to stand behind the Imam, unless one accepts the alignment of women with men, because the khuntha might be a woman.
