Is prayer permissible during the time the sun is ascending after sunrise?

Prayer is prohibited when the sun is ascending after it has risen, specifically until it has fully emerged, as indicated by the saying of the Prophet (peace be upon him): "If the edge of the sun appears, delay the prayer until it emerges." This is confirmed by the report from 'Uqbah ibn 'Amir, stating prohibition when the sun rises 'bazighah' (emerging) until it is elevated.
