Precedence in leading prayer when a person with authority (*dhul-sultan*) is present in the house

If there is a person possessing authority (*dhul-sultan*) present in the house, he has a greater right to lead the prayer than the owner of the house, because his authority covers the house, its owner, and others. The Prophet (peace be upon him) led 'Uthban ibn Malik and Anas in their respective houses.
