What is the preferable time for making up missed Sunnah of Fajr?

It is better to postpone making up the two Rak'ahs of the Sunnah of Fajr until Duha time in order to exit scholarly disagreement and avoid contradicting the general prohibition found in narrations concerning delayed performance. However, if one performs them immediately after Fajr, it is still judged permissible because the evidence supporting permissibility is strong enough to indicate its validity.
