In the final prostration session where the *Taslim* (salutation) occurs, the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, would delay his left leg, sitting in the *Tawarruk* posture, resting his left hip upon the ground.

Supporting text

In one narration, it is stated that when sitting for the final *Taslim*, he postponed the left foot and sat *mutawarrikan* upon his left side, sitting directly on his ischial tuberosity (seat).
